What are your returns policy?

 

To initiate a return process, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The products must be unused and in their original condition, with no signs of wear or tear, and all tags and labels must be intact.

  2. The return request must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be processed.

  3. We only accept returns; we do not offer exchanges for products.

Return Process:

Here are the steps for returning a product:

  1. You can send the return products to us via PTT Cargo. Our designated shipping code is 304 489 396. Since we have an agreement with PTT Cargo, you will not need to pay any shipping fees for return shipments. If you choose to use a different courier service, you will be responsible for the shipping fees.

  2. Once your returned product reaches us, our team will inspect it. If no usage-related defects are found, the product's price will be refunded to your account or credit card.

Please note that if you do not inform us within 7 days of receiving the product or if the product's sellable condition is compromised after it has been received, we will not accept the return.

Return Period for Products Purchased from Our Online Store:

You can return products purchased from our online store within 14 (7) days from the date of delivery, in accordance with the Distance Sales Agreement.

The return period for defective products is 7 days.

We will not process return requests that exceed this time frame.

Why is the return only accepted within the first 7 days?

The Consumer Protection Law includes the Right of Withdrawal Without Reason, which covers the first 7 days after you receive the product. You can return the product within this period without providing a reason. If you wish to return a product due to any manufacturing defects, the return period is still 7 days.
